Kiladas musikalische Wurzeln in koptischen Melodien, Masri, oberägyptischen Rhythmen und nubischen Einflüssen verleihen dem Abend eine klar ägyptische Note. NASSER KILADA and AQUABELLA present their new programme ‘Cossing Voices’ – a powerful mix of a cappella world music, Egyptian sound traditions and polyphonic vocal magic. Kilada's musical roots in Coptic melodies, Masri, Upper Egyptian rhythms and Nubian influences give the evening a distinctly Egyptian flavour. The concert combines current musical trends with cultural roots, creating a warm, inspiring dialogue of styles – an evening full of encounters, boundary-crossing love songs and musical intensity.
