Domino Spada vereint ihre fundierte Jazz-Ausbildung (Konservatorium von Rom) mit einem zeitgenössischen Sound, der sich über Contemporary Soul, Jazz erstreckt. Ihre Musik zeichnet sich durch tiefgründige und intime Texte aus, die von dynamischen Grooves und raffinierten Arrangements begleitet werden. Im Dezember 2024 veröffentlichte sie Libera, eine EP, die den Höhepunkt ihrer künstlerischen Reise darstellt. Dieses Projekt untersucht Themen wie Freiheit und Transformation auf innovative und vielschichtige Weise und festigt ihre musikalische Identität.
Domino Spada is an Italian singer-songwriter based in Berlin. With a background in jazz studies from the Conservatory of Rome, she blends her Italian musical roots with a contemporary, genre-fluid sound. Her music combines elements of soul, jazz, and pop, enriched by intimate lyrics, dynamic grooves, and multicultural influences. After launching her solo project in 2020 and releasing her debut EP L’ora del tè, Domino now presents Libera (December 2024) — her most personal and adventurous work to date. Sung in English, the EP explores the pursuit of freedom in its emotional, cultural, and sonic forms. The project embraces a boundaryless vision: there are no fixed limits — only the expressive freedom to translate both personal and collective experiences into sound. With this approach, Domino builds a musical space where vulnerability, identity, and connection coexist freely. Known for her warm intensity and expressive stage presence, Domino captivates audiences in both intimate duo settings and full-band concerts.
