Das Bellini 4tet ist das Ergebnis der Zusammenarbeit von Lorenzo Bellini (Klavier), Luca De Toni (Gitarre), Matteo Padoin (Kontrabass) und Andrea Dionisi (Schlagzeug). Sie lernten sich am Berklee College Of Music kennen und sind heute international in der europäischen Musikszene aktiv. Die Band, die sich um die Musik des italienischen Pianisten und Komponisten versammelt, spielt hauptsächlich Originalkompositionen aus Bellinis neuestem Album „Love Grain“ sowie Arrangements und neue Musik, die bald veröffentlicht wird. Das 4tet gewann 2023 den 1. Preis beim renommierten Music 4 the Next Generation Contest in Italien mit der Originalkomposition „Source“.
The Bellini 4tet is the result of the collaboration of Lorenzo Bellini (piano), Luca De Toni (guitar), Matteo Padoin (double bass) and Andrea Dionisi (drums). They first met in Berklee College Of Music and they’re now internationally active in the European music scene. The band, gathering around the music of the Italian pianist and composer, mainly performs original compositions from Bellini's latest album, “Love Grain”, as well arrangements and new music soon to be released. The 4tet won the 1st prize at the prestigious Music 4 the Next Generation Contest in Italy in 2023, with the original composition “Source”.
