Meretrio ist in Berlin zuhause und war bereits mehrmals im B-Flat auf der Bühne. Nun feiert das brasilianische Trio sein 20-jähriges Bestehen mit einer neuen Platte. Für dieses besondere Konzert kommt Paulo Morello, Professor für Gitarre am Jazz Institut Berlin, gemeinsam mit dem Trio auf die Bühne. Es wird eine große Party mit viel Musik von Paulo Morello und Emiliano Sampaio, außerdem mit Klassikern aus der brasilianischen Musikgeschichte und dem Jazz. Man darf gespannt sein! Meretrio steht als ein außergewöhnliches brasilianisches Trio, das seit 20 Jahren kreative und fesselnde Musik schafft. Im Laufe der Jahre hat Meretrio ausgiebig getourt und ist in Brasilien, mehrmals in Europa und zweimal in Australien aufgetreten, darunter bei einigen der größten Festivals. Das Trio hat zehn einzigartige Alben kreiert, jedes davon ein Zeugnis der tiefen musikalischen Verbindung, die diese drei brasilianischen Musiker teilen.

For this special concert, Paulo Morello, professor of guitar at the Jazz Institut Berlin, will join the trio on stage. It promises to be a big party with plenty of music by Paulo Morello and Emiliano Sampaio, as well as classics from Brazilian music history and jazz. It’s sure to be a treat! Meretrio stands out as an extraordinary Brazilian trio that has been creating innovative and captivating music for 20 years. Over the years, Meretrio has toured extensively, performing in Brazil, several times in Europe, and twice in Australia, including at some of the biggest festivals. The trio has released ten unique albums, each a testament to the deep musical connection shared by these three Brazilian musicians.
