The Soul Thrivers are undoubtedly one of the most original bands on the current urban soul/neo-blues scene. They work with raw, handmade soul, country-blues, neo-blues and gospel-roots sounds to enliven traditional and original compositions, to raise spirits and to take the audience on a journey through time and space. Dvora Davis leads this extraordinary band with soul and vigour. British-born with Jamaican and Indian roots, she is an outstanding, internationally established jazz artist. Dvora's uniquely warm and dynamic voice and her expressive stage presence are the catalyst with which the Soul Thrivers quickly win over the audience at their concerts. The Soul Thrivers and their front woman Dvora Davis have now released three albums, and their latest album ‘Morning Glory’, which was released in September 2023 on Timezone Records, has caused quite a stir in the scene and has been enthusiastically received by fans and critics alike.
