Jannis Zotos, der sich seit Jahren mit der Vertonung griechischer Lyriker beschäftigt, stellt an diesem Abend sein neues Album "Hydra" vor. Die Texte lieferte diesmal der griechischen Nobelpreisträger für Literatur Giorgos Seferis. Begleitet wird Jannis von einer hochkarätigen Band bestehend aus der Crème de la Crème der in Deutschland ansässigen Szene. Komplettiert wird das Programm mit Songs seiner vorherigen Alben "amour fou" und "Signals Phones tis Mnimis".
Jannis Zotos, who has been setting the works of Greek poets to music for years, will present his new album, “Hydra,” this evening. This time, the lyrics were provided by Giorgos Seferis, the Greek Nobel Prize winner in Literature. Jannis will be accompanied by a top-notch band consisting of the crème de la crème of the Germany-based music scene. The program is rounded out with songs from his previous albums, “amour fou” and “Signals Phones tis Mnimis.”
