Das EingangQuintet formierte sich im Jahr 2022 um den Bassisten und Komponisten Julian Eingang in der kulturträchtigen Stadt Wien. Die Musiker des Quintetts eint die Suche nach einprägsamen Melodien und mitreißenden Grooves ebenso wie die Freude am Experimentieren und freier Improvisation. Obgleich sich die Musik des Ensembles im Modern Jazz verorten lässt, ist es denfünf jungen Musikern wichtig, sich von den Grenzen des Genres nicht beengen zu lassen.
The EingangQuintet was formed in 2022 around bassist and composer Julian Eingang in the culturally rich city of Vienna. The quintet's musicians are united by the search for catchy melodies and rousing grooves as well as the joy of experimentation and free improvisation. Although the ensemble's music can be categorised as modern jazz, it is important to the five young musicians not to be restricted by the boundaries of the genre.
